What are handcrafted digital typefaces
Today it is quite simple to copy, open and modify an existing font. The glyphs of the fonts offered on this website have been newly conceived and drawn individually. We belive type design to be a craft, even when the glyphs in their final form are digital.

Diverda made it into the top twenty
Linotype recently published the result of their survey Favorite Fonts 2005. We are very pleased to learn that Diverda – already one year after release – got ranked at position 15 in the category of business fonts. When one examines the names of the other well known contenders, we find this quite an achievement.

Diverda is used by the Swiss Federal Office for the Environment
Fonts of the Diverda Serif and the Diverda Sans Families are used in the new Environmental Report of the Swiss Confederation. A print version of this publication in four languages is available as well as an electronic version.
